Torch-Fired Enamel Earring Workshop w/ Alaskan artist Ashley Lohr

Join us as we welcome Alaska jewelry artist Ashley Lohr for a fun and creative evening of torch-fired enamel.

Create one-of-a-kind enamel earrings with Alaska jewelry artist: Ashley Lohr (jewelry brand: AshleyLohrArt). In this workshop: Thompson powder enamel is sifted onto pre-cut copper blanks and torched with a butane torch to heat and melt the enamel up to 1500*F. Enamel consistency, application, prepping, cleaning, stenciling, ombre and sgraffito techniques will be discussed while planning out unique designed earrings.

Ashley has over 17 years of experience teaching jewelry and will demonstrate each step

• Have fun learning a new creative skill/ Wear closed toed shoes
• In 3 hours, walk out wearing your handcrafted enamel earrings
• All materials are included, including a handheld butane torch + variety of earring hooks
• Ages 16+
• Zero art skills required/ all levels of skill are welcome
