About the Artist

Eugene is a Scranton born, self taught photographer. Photographing the city’s streets is where he developed his skill over the first three years. Since he started he’s moved into music, portrait, event and wedding photography. Whatever challenges his skill set and mindset he is down to photograph. 

You can often see him out and about the city photographing its architecture, scenes, people and streets.Having shown his photography in multiple businesses around the downtown Scranton area, he wanted to share that feeling of seeing your work hung and displayed well. Recently Eugene had the idea of doing just that and thus Project Scranton was born.
